McDonald's

I visited this McDonalds as I was in the area. I purchased a quarter pounder, fries, tea and McFlurry via the app and had it delivered to the table I was at. The restaurant was not busy and there were plenty of vacant tables which were clean. The food was served quickly and it was tasty, filling and was hot. The server was friendly and offered sauces when the food was brought. Overall a great experience and I would return to this branch again when in the area.

Hello, the fries looked awful the first time – they were made using old oil. I asked for a fresh portion because my children wanted to eat, but the second batch was even worse than the first. Young girls work there, and they are not doing their job properly.

The worst McDonald I ever was. Fries was burnt. They should be gold, not half brown. They don't taste like fries , I feel just oil. I put them to trash. When we asked about oil, they said they checked oil in the morning and was fine. I was at 5 pm, so I don't know how fries tasted at morning but ours was horrible. They were just dry and full of oil taste. Burgers was fine in taste, but there was a lot of oil in them. Crispy sweet chilli wrap was a joke! He was small, so I opened wrap and was 2 tiny pieces of salad. Wrap was almost empty. In others McDonalds always I get wrap full of salad, cucumber, and chicken. I don't know if it is a staff issue or if the owner tried to do McDonald in the cheapest way, but people should ask for better quality of food. I know it is not a restaurant where you buy healthy meals but still they should keep some levels of quality. Lady who work there was nice, and we get a refund for wrap , I don't want to make me a second one. I regret I don't ask for a refund for fries, but I just wanted to leave that place. I hate it when I spend money on food made just for cash without any cares about customers. I added photos of wrap and fries I bought 20 minutes later in other McDonald. Gold fries and full wrap! You can see different even if photos from 2nd McD were made in the car. Edit: I forgot, they forgot to give us about large fries , when I asked they give us but anyway on the end they finish in trush.

Drive through never check the orders properly. Tonight they missed my side and gave my daughter the wrong burger. I know I should double check what they have given me but I was in a rush to get home and I should be able to trust them to do their job. I will only eat in now.

I usually call into this branch in Rainworth, Mansfield as it’s en route to and from my work. The atmosphere is generally busy and fast pace with decent service, however, yesterday (Saturday 29th Nov) I was sat eating and all I could hear continuously was what must have been a member of management, shouting and screaming at the younger team members. Some of the language was abusive, belittling and very near to discrimination, in fact the workers on the receiving end would have a very good case for taking legal action for bullying. Having worked in retail for over 40 years I don’t think I have ever heard such poor verbal management skills. In a customer facing environment such as McDonald’s I want to enjoy my time whilst eating not having to block out foul and abusive language. I certainly won’t be visiting again and if any of the team affected by the bullying attitude require support, I would be more than happy to provide your senior management with testimony.
