YUM Burger Nottingham

Great range of burgers, delicious fries, and an awesome range of drinks. Prices very reasonable at just £7 for most meals. Staff are friendly and professional. Service is fast. Food comes piping hot as every burger is made fresh to order. Place is air conditioned and toilets are clean. Burgers can be a bit undercooked however and despite me asking for well done on my last visit it was under cooked and too juicy, soaking the bun with meat juice.

Went here for the first time today, overall I'd say I'd rate it a 2/5 and that rating is mainly because the burger was nice. Decor inside is very nice and well laid out seating, place looks really good. Long queue as it was 50% off burgers this weekend so a slight wait was expected due to the amount of people waiting to order, was in the queue for about 20 minutes which wasn't too bad. Menu is simple to read and pricing is quite transparent so ordering my food was straight forward. They do a good range of starters. Waited around 15 minutes for my order to be completed which was expected due to how busy they were. I went for the 'mother clucker' chicken burger meal and a mini chicken wrap. The chicken wrap was pretty plain and flavourless. The chicken burger was quite nice and tasty. The fries were awful, really plain with no real taste to them. The fizzy drinks they do again not great, had a cola which tasted so weak and flat. Such a shame the 2 products which make it a meal actually let down the burger meal itself. Without the promotion they had on, the burger meal would have cost me around £5.50/£6 which if I'm being realistic, isn't worth it as there are better burger choices across Nottingham and in this area around the same price mark.

Excellent customer service with nice presentation, and clean environment. Management must check toilet every 1 or 2 hrs for cleaning, fix door inside. Over all nice combination of Burger also reduce the size of cold drink for benefit of health. Introduce organic juice with deals. Try to run discounted YUM Happy hours every second day to maintain sales targets. Change sauces packaging try to add more flavours. Nice branding colors and location.

Great place to eat in Nottingham. Plenty of seating inside. Feels very spacious. Food was very good. Prices are reasonable. Variety of burgers, chicken drinks and shakes available.

Excellent food, especially the chilli cheese bites!! The kids absolutely love coming here!! Massive portions, very helpful staff as well. All in all excellent!!
