Wow I’m surprised there really good! No cheap meat here! Proper soul food price is about right to! Taste similar to 5 guys fat hippo and the old smoke shack (RIP) Fries are loaded with Cajun seasoning but needed salt otherwise 5/5 Pictures don’t do it justice

The meat had a strong, unpleasant smell and taste, almost like sweaty feet, which made it inedible. • I requested no pickles or mayo on my burger, but it arrived with both. • The chicken tenders were extremely spicy—far spicier than anything described or expected—and there was no indication they would be that hot. • The chicken itself didn’t appear properly cooked, the batter was soggy, and the whole thing tasted overwhelmingly of oil. Given the quality and the fact that most of the food couldn’t be eaten, I’d like to request a refund for this order. Thank you for your help.

The food is generally superb from here however I ordered 2 burgers yesterday and one of the burger patties was still pink inside, unfortunately I did not notice until I was halfway through the burger, needless to say the rest of it went in the bin! Ordered through uber eats so I tried to let them deal with it however according to them its ok to get served half cooked food so im not entitled to a refund. Not happy with this and I will be thoroughly inspecting the food next time and every time I order from here before letting the driver leave.

Ordered online from the Coalville Branch, honestly best burger I’ve had in a long time, loaded fries were great and it came literally 10 minutes after I ordered. Very impressed and I recommend getting food from these lot

Very impressed with the burger and chips. Really tasty and well presented. Ordered through just eat and food all arrived warm and in good time
