Absolutely loved my experience at BVRGRY! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I tried the smash beef burger and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had — perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavour. The quality of the ingredients really stands out, and the portion size was generous, making it great value too. If you’re looking for a place that delivers on taste, quality, and quantity, I’d highly recommend giving it a try. Definitely coming back again!

Incredible smash burger joint! We enjoyed our food thoroughly, very filling. The burger was juicy, meaty and succulent. The tenders were good too. One improvement would be to provide hand washing facilities or at the very least hand wipes as the food can be oily, little disappointing to finish with. Otherwise, highly recommended.

I always trusted you people for great food..but I know I ordered in last moment but it's very disatter everything is shit I didn't receive my garlic mayo...and my friend called your staff disconnected the call..but I don't want to mention his name...it's Very disappointing generally we order potato puff It will have more then 15pcs but today only 7 pcs....it's very disappointing

Contrary to it's Bradford counter part, this one deserves the 5 stars. I've been here a few times and I can't fault it in the slightest. Parking is a bit of an issue but that area is generally tricky for this. The place itself is a little small and would benefit from a rest room but otherwise I can't complain. Food is top notch, service is great too, and the owner is a great guy to have a chat with. Friendly staff all round, what's not to like? Unfortunately the Bradford shop is the total opposite when it comes to service. They can't take any criticism without feeling triggered or threatened. I'm sure my one review won't destroy their thriving business but instead of listening to feedback the owner there decides to attack the customer (read other negative reviews). I wish the Nottingham store nothing but success. Keep it up, no slacking 😂 (Maybe expand the menu a touch though)

Hi, I visited Bvgry last night and ordered chicken and mac fries to eat in. After waiting for my order, I went to collect it and they told me it had already been packed. I said I wanted to eat there and preferred it fresh, but they replied that they would just put the same packed order on a tray. I specifically asked for a freshly served, non-packed portion, but they still gave me the packed one. Although I understand the food had been made a few minutes earlier, it had become soggy because it was packed, which wasn’t the experience I wanted. I even mentioned to the staff member that I was already having a bad day and would really appreciate freshly served food. Unfortunately, he came across as quite rude. If I hadn’t already been in a bad mood, I might have let it go but being served soggy chicken and fries was very disappointing. Overall, the customer service was poor, and I left feeling really upset. The worst part was the lie.
