McDonald's

We ordered from this McDonald’s and the chicken nuggets were soggy. We paid extra for “grinch” fries just to receive normal fries. They didn’t send us any straws or sauces we paid for… Really poor, wasted money!

Just had an order delivered - ordered a muffin - got a sugar donut 🤦‍♂️ with discard date yesterday. I've rang them and apparently they didn't had any muffins (soo, lucky me I'll get what they want not what I want) and then manager says the donut is fine as they have 2 weeks life shelf they just put those stickers because they have to. Just a heads up as this will be raised as an official complaint. If that's a manager explanation then I'm really worried about the rest of the food.

Nice breakfast wrap and hot chocolate but I asked for extra sugar and was told I'll bring you some over. He didn't what a shame, deliver on your intentions. Clearing away ladies were good

I'm not one to complain but I feel like there's need to, today I was absolutely disgusted. The chicken nuggets and the mc chicken was absolutely fine but the burger was like it had been ran over by a roller n shoved into the bread without being cooked or left over night . Then someome unfortunately took ill whilst I was in there n no staff members csme to ask if they was okay. It made me feel out of place. I have had multiple issues there before but this is just the worse. The place was untidy too.

Best mcDonols I've been in for staff. All are friendly n helpfull especially charming
