Insane. Genuinely such an incredible ‘hidden gem’. Best burger joint by far in Newquay. Service was impeccable, burgers, fries & tater tots were incredible! 100% worth going to, such amazing value for money too!

Went for the single smashed burger, all I can say is wow! Genuinely think it was the best burger I’ve ever had! Pattie was crispy round the edges and beautifully juicy in the middle. Pickled onions cut through so well, truly a religious experience for me! Can’t recommend this place enough and to top it all off Joe was so, so lovely a true pleasure throughout! Didn’t take a photo as I couldn’t wait to tuck in!

WOW — absolutely top-tier smashed burgers! We had the Double Bubble and smashed tatties, and everything was cooked perfectly and packed with flavour. I practically inhaled it! Joe is genuinely lovely, and the vibe at Project 83 is spot on. So many great options on the menu — we’ll definitely be back to work our way through the rest!

The only “Real” smash Pattie burger joint in newquay! Went and gave it a punt after a long day on the shears! Ordered two of the singer Pattie burgers £9.00 each. One to inhale the other to take my time and enjoy… Well they were both absolutely bloody delicious! The beef was pressed and caramelised and salty sweet! Well naughty! Didn’t order the sides yet but will do at a later date! Banging! Absolutely as good as a Fat Mondays only more salad. Banging!

Wow what can I say, I went to project 83 and there was a van out the back. I went to go and see what it was all about. Smashed joes is the name! I had a double bubble and fries. The double bubble was really juicy and cheese was oozing from each layer of the burger! I would highly recommend going here for a burger! 🍔 I will definitely be returning! Keep up the good work.
