BRRGRR® CO Handmade Burgers - Nottingham

Ordered from here with my dad from Uber eats today, food was nothing like the pictures. Meats cheap, ingredients cheap it all looks cheap. Got the buy 1 get 1 free deal on chicken, loaded fries and burgers this is what we got:

Absolutely appalling. We ordered this at 23:00 and it arrived at 1:20AM. Once arrived it was freezing cold and genuinely unbearable. We ordered no sauce or salad for two burgers with cheese sauce. But all burgers were given with mayo and random toppings with things we did not order. Don’t buy from here. After calling the store asking for advice they refused to believe what we was telling them even after trying to provide pictures + the receipt WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS ON. Absolutely fuming. The furthers were soggy and cold. Don’t order

I recently visited the shop and I had a great experience. The food was delicious, with flavorful burgers that really hit the spot . The service was quick and efficient, making the meal even more enjoyable. The ambiance of the shop is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the visit even more pleasant. Overall, it's a solid spot for anyone craving a good burger and a great atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit! Was feeling peckish at 4:30 in the morning on a Saturday night. Usually nowhere open after 4:00. Saw that this place was open in JustEat app. So thought I'd drive down and check it out. Got there and ordered my items at around 5:05 am. Really pleasant lady took the order, letting me know what wasnt available. I was expecting end-of-service dried up food but well impressed that everything was being cooked fresh as I was advised that the order would take 20 minutes. They get busy with orders even at this time of night/morning, from both online, telephone, and the odd face-to-face visitor like me! So if you order be mindful of this before the 6am close. Clean and tidy establishment, a good business addition to Radford Road that I had never noticed before. Prices are cheaper if you buy in-store rather than get delivery through a food app or their website. For example, my order was £8-9 cheaper for the food alone. The food itself was very tasty and portion sizes were adequate in my opinion. I think that their portion sizes are typical across takeaway establishments these days and many will say they are quite pricey which they definitely are if you BUY ONLINE for delivery. Decent service, expensive prices, horrible location with a loud bar two doors away at night so be careful collecting. Food itself, ordered wings which were decent, and their £15 parmo. It was easily the worst I've ever had. Nottingham hasn't got anywhere that sells one so I thought I'd try it. Chips were too many and over salted. No coleslaw, chicken was too thick. Save your money and try the burger instead, hopefully it's better but with those prices I'd rather go back to burger and sauce or phat buns.
