I know McDonald's is a fast food restaurant but I have a feeling that it lost alot on quality overall.

Absolutely nothing bad about our visit. Ordered table service, waited a few minutes, no longer than expected. All good piping hot. Store was perfectly clean and staff were attentive.

I waited over 20 minutes for a single wrap, and the lack of any apology for the poor service was unacceptable. When I requested to cancel my order, they ignored me completely. This behavior is intolerable. I strongly advise avoiding this branch altogether. Intolerable. I strongly advise avoiding this branch altogether.

Oh dear, we have not had a McD for a while, and maybe I understand why now. We opted for the £5 deal, and it was awful. Just a tiny burger in a flattened bun. 4 chicken nuggets. That were reconstituted chicken, and a bag of rubbery chips that must have been standing for ages. We didn't bother to complain. We just walked out and won't be returning.. if its not worth serving, don't even offer it.

Service is terrible, waited 10 minutes for 2 burgers, and a Coke, while they served about 10 other cars, and people, and then laughing when we said we’ve been waiting 10 minutes. Not very professional is it? But if a customer was rude you wouldn’t accept it, so how about you don’t accept it off your staff, on that note sort them out, they’ve gone into a job where they have to be social so they should learn not to be rude.
